I’m writing to urgently request help regarding my MEXC account, which was registered using my Gmail address. I had already completed advanced KYC verification for that account, yet now I’m completely locked out. When I try to log in, the system says the account no longer exists, which makes absolutely no sense.

This is not a case of lost credentials—this is a verified account with my identity attached and funds still inside. I’ve done everything required for proper account verification. The account I’m currently using was opened via phone number, but I need access to my original KYC-verified account, not a secondary one.

MEXC, I’m asking for immediate assistance. I demand access to the account that is rightfully mine and a full explanation of why it suddenly became inaccessible. You’re holding on to my money, and your platform isn’t offering a clear recovery path. This is extremely alarming and unacceptable for a crypto exchange claiming to be secure and user-oriented.
