If you found unknown charges labeled “Meta Pay”;
• Log in to your Meta account and go to Settings → Payments / Meta Pay → Transactions to review all recent charges
• Remove your saved card or payment method from Meta Pay immediately to stop further charges
• Change your Meta account password and enable two-factor authentication (2FA)
Ask them to;
• Explain what the charges were for (ads, subscriptions, in-app purchases, or account misuse)
• Refund the unauthorized transactions
• Secure your account and confirm billing is fully disabled
