MetaPay Charged My Credit Card 74 Times Without Authorization

Under the name MetaPay, my credit card was charged 74 times for $19 each, without my permission, for a total of approximately $1,406. I did not make any transaction. I also did not receive any message, notification, or verification request. I only discovered these charges when I checked my account myself. I am requesting a clear explanation for how this happened and demanding a full refund of the unauthorized amount.
