On July 19, MetaPay made eight unauthorized charges of ₺1477 each on my credit card without my knowledge or permission—totally $34 each, eight times for a total of about $272 in unauthorized charges. I never approved these transactions, yet the money was taken directly from my account.
How is this even possible? How can funds be withdrawn from my card without sending a mobile confirmation code or my explicit consent before the charge? This is causing real financial harm and distress to cardholders like me. Someone needs to step in and stop this practice immediately, and MetaPay should refund all the money that was withdrawn without authorization.
This type of situation isn’t unique—others have reported similar unauthorized MetaPay charges where money was taken without clear consent or verification.
