MetaPay Drained $138 From My Debit Card Through 29 Unauthorized Transactions

Who is MetaPay, and what exactly is it? How was $138 withdrawn from my debit card without my knowledge? A total of 29 separate transactions were made, without even sending a confirmation code, and they drained my account around 5:00 a.m..

How did these people gain access to my card details? How are they able to do this? I am urgently demanding that the withdrawn money be returned to my account immediately.
