Unauthorized Facebook Meta Pay Charge Debited From Ziraat Bank Account
On June 30 at 02:25 AM, an unauthorized transaction of $1.25 was processed from my Ziraat Bank debit card under the name "Facebook metapay". I do not have any paid subscriptions or prior approval for this amount on Facebook or Meta. I am concerned that my card details have been compromised or stolen.
Regarding this unauthorized transaction, I am deeply concerned about the security of my card and account information. Such a breach of personal data and card details is unacceptable.
I demand that the transaction of $1.25 be urgently investigated and canceled, that the amount be refunded to my account, and that all necessary security measures regarding my card and personal data be taken and communicated to me.
