Metapay Withdraws Money Without Consent During Okey Ekstra Game

Between 8:59 AM and 9:08 AM on August 18, 2024, while playing the Okey Ekstra game via Facebook, a total of four unauthorized charges were made from my Metapay account—each for approximately $1 USD, totaling about $4 USD—without my knowledge or consent. I never approved these transactions or shared my password.

I have contacted both Metapay and Facebook customer service about these unauthorized charges, but I have not yet received a response.

I request that the unauthorized amount be refunded to me. I respectfully ask that this matter be investigated urgently and that my grievance be resolved.
