MetaPay Made Two Unauthorized Charges on My Credit Card

On May 22, 2025, two unauthorized charges of $18 each were made on my Yapı Kredi credit card under the merchant name MetaPay, even though my card was physically with me at the time. I did not authorize these transactions.

I am complaining about both this situation and the bank’s handling of the process. We are currently waiting for the transactions to move from authorization to posting so they can be canceled. I will update the result here. The bank needs to cancel these charges.
