Unauthorized Meta Pay Dublin Charges Hit Credit Card for Months

I discovered that money has been regularly charged from my İş Bank credit card under the name “Meta Pay Dublin” completely without my knowledge or consent. For the past four months, a charge of approximately $5 has been taken on the 16th of each month, totaling about $23. I have no membership, subscription, or purchase history with Meta Pay, so all of these charges were made without my authorization.

These transactions appear on my credit card statement as “Meta Pay Dublin.” I definitely did not make these purchases, and I have never shared my card details with anyone. I am requesting that Meta Pay and the relevant financial institutions conduct a proper investigation into these unauthorized charges, explain how and under what authorization my card information was used, and fully refund the total amount charged to my card.

I am requesting an urgent response regarding these transactions that were carried out without my knowledge or consent, and I want my financial loss to be resolved as soon as possible.
