Mercedes-Benz Canceled My Reservation And Did Not Refund My Card

My reservation with Mercedes, which was listed on their website with the reference number 01532395, was canceled. Despite the fact that it has been a month since I canceled my subscription, I have yet to receive a refund to the credit card with which I paid. I called their customer service several times and sent messages through their website, but despite the representatives taking numerous urgent notes on my behalf, no refund has been issued to the card that I used to pay. The due date for my credit card payment has passed, but they have yet to process the refund or respond to my inquiries about it. I insist that my refund request be processed as soon as possible.
