Mercedes-Benz Does Not Refund Reservation Fee. I canceled the reservation I made on October 18, 2023, due to the wrong vehicle selection, reserved a new vehicle, and purchased that vehicle as well. I waited because I was told that my canceled reservation fee would be refunded within a maximum of 30 days. When I contacted customer service from time to time, I was told to wait without even asking for the file number. Even though the mentioned period has expired, I still have not received any refund. While the process does not take this long even for online shopping returns from any shopping site, a company like Mercedes was very upset with this behavior. How many more months should I wait?

I wish you would actually communicate with your customer instead of sending this automatic response. I have called the number you provided numerous times, and no one has gone beyond saying "we have forwarded it to our finance department." This is not befitting a brand like Mercedes. If I could, I would return the vehicle I purchased. I will not only write here but also make the necessary applications to the Consumer Court. It's a shame...
