Payout Held-Up Problems with Cancelling Mercedes Online Orders
We bought a Mercedes car online and then changed our minds and canceled it in October. We canceled it again on October 2. They told us we would get our refund within 14 business days, but it hasn't been given to us yet. And whenever we call, they don't give us any clear information. Now, they're saying it will take 30 days for the refund to happen. When I told the customer representative, S****, that I was going to file a complaint, they responded, "Go ahead and complain wherever you want; we won't help." They don't have respect and they need to learn how to talk to customers in a better way. They haven't been helpful at all.
