In March 2024, I purchased a brand new Mercedes A200 AMG Hatchback from the dealership. On April 30, 2024, another vehicle collided with my car from the side, with no fault on my part. I delivered the car to the authorized Mercedes service center, İzmir Bornova Has Otomotiv, on May 2, 2024. I was informed that the damage was extensive, close to being a total loss. Despite my request for a new vehicle, the decision was made to repair it. The service center assured me that the repair would be completed within 2 months at most.
However, it is now August 20, and the car has still not been delivered to me, with the explanation that they are waiting for spare parts. This has caused me significant distress. I urgently request that the cost of my vehicle, including today's interest rates, be reimbursed to me, or that a new vehicle of the same model be delivered to me immediately. If not, I will be forced to pursue legal action.
