On October 10, 2025, both batteries of my Mercedes-Benz C200 model vehicle with license plate 07 HMR 07, which is under warranty until February 2026, died and my car did not start. I managed to take it from Alanya to the authorized Mer Ser service in Antalya by my own means. However, even after 29 days, my car has still not been repaired, and a replacement vehicle was only provided to me after a long delay.
The service refused to replace the batteries under warranty, claiming it was user error. They demanded 93,000 TL for the 48-volt battery, 20,500 TL for the 12-volt battery, and also a labor fee. No information is given about when the spare parts will arrive or how much longer the process will take. During this period, I have not received the necessary attention and support from either Mercedes-Benz or the authorized Mer Ser service, and I am in a difficult situation.
I request that my vehicle be repaired as soon as possible, that the high charges demanded be covered under warranty, and that my grievance be resolved.
