Mercedes-Benz Won't Deliver New Vehicles, Months Passed

I ordered a vehicle from Mercedes Has Automotive Avcılar branch on December 12, 2023. They said that the vehicle would be delivered mostly at the end of December. Today, January 24, 2024, the vehicle has still not been delivered. When I talked to the dealer, they said that the vehicle would be sent by Mercedes headquarters and there was nothing we could do.
