Mercedes C180 Water Pump Failed Again After Authorized Service Repair
On January 22, 2025, the water pump of my Mercedes-Benz C 180 was replaced at İstanbul Has Otomotiv, and I have all the invoices related to this service. Despite being replaced at an authorized service center earlier this year, the same part failed again shortly after. All maintenance on my vehicle has been performed at official dealerships since the first day, and I have records to verify this. My car has now been waiting at Adana Mengerler Otomotiv for 10 days, and I have not been provided with a replacement vehicle during this time. When I contacted the service center and customer support, I was informed that the part was not covered under warranty, and I was asked to pay ₺144,000. I refused to pay this amount because the same part had been replaced just eight months ago by an authorized service center. I also submitted my complaint through your official Instagram account but have not received a response. I request that my issue be resolved and that the water pump be replaced free of charge under warranty.
