Owning A Mercedes Is A Real Regret

My Mercedes vehicle was towed to the authorized service center on 21.06.2024 following an accident. The vehicle has still not been delivered, despite being told by the service that it would be ready after one month. The reason provided is that the bumper, one of the damaged parts, is not in Mercedes' stock. When we inquire about the arrival of this part, the authorized service simply responds, "It is not clear."

We sent an email directly to Mercedes in Germany (a total of three emails were sent). A customer representative called and said, "We have received your complaint, and we will inform you about the issue." However, the service later contacted us and stated, "There is no change in the situation."

What’s even more ridiculous is that every time we file a complaint or request with Germany or the authorized service, a case is opened. But after each negative response from the authorized service, the case is closed! If you have no complaints, there is no case; generally, there are no answers to your questions, and there is no communication.

In summary, the system is completely ridiculous—or rather, it doesn't exist. Mercedes, a worldwide brand, is losing its quality and reliability day by day. It is still unclear when we will receive the vehicle; it could be after six months or even after one year. In other words, Mercedes is making fun of its customers, disregarding any legal deadlines, and doesn’t even provide a replacement vehicle in the name of customer satisfaction during this process. Unbelievable! If I ever take delivery of the vehicle, the first thing I will do is sell it and switch to another brand. Owning a Mercedes is a real regret!
