If Meitu charged your card after a free trial and you want your money back,
• First understand why the charge happened;
– Meitu subscriptions auto-renew by default
– Charges usually happen unless canceled before trial end
– Deleting the app does NOT cancel the subscription
• Cancel the subscription immediately;
– iPhone → Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Cancel
– Android → Google Play → Payments & Subscriptions → Cancel
– PayPal → Settings → Automatic Payments → Cancel
• Verify cancellation properly;
• Confirm:
– Subscription says “Canceled”
– Expiration date is shown
– No future renewal date appears
– Confirmation email was received
• Request a refund quickly;
– Apple purchases → reportaproblem.apple.com
– Google Play purchases → Google Play refund request
– Explain the charge came from a free trial renewal
• Contact Meitu support;
• Write:
– “I was charged after a free trial. Please refund the payment and confirm cancellation of all future billing.
