Meitu Subscription Scam Charged My Bank Card Without Consent

On January 7, I noticed a transaction for approximately $29 on my İş Bankası debit card connected to an application or company called Meitu. I have never downloaded this app, created an account, logged into any service, or authorized this purchase in any way. I only became aware of the issue after waking up and learning from my bank that there was a hold placed on my account and that this amount was about to be withdrawn.

This money was the last remaining balance in my account, and seeing an unauthorized charge connected to a company I do not even recognize caused me serious financial hardship. I do not know Meitu or its services, and I have no idea why this charge appeared on my card. I also attempted to contact customer service but could not reach any representative or receive any assistance.

I demand the immediate cancellation of this unauthorized $29 transaction and a full refund back to my account as soon as possible. I also request a written explanation regarding how this charge was processed without my consent and ask that a full investigation be conducted to prevent similar unauthorized transactions from happening again.

The charge appeared suddenly, money was simply taken from my card, and I want my refund immediately.
