Meitu Charges $37 Without Customer Authorization

I recently discovered that I was charged by Meitu without my knowledge or authorization. It appears that approximately $37 (1,799.99 TL) was charged to my Ziraat Bank debit card for a “Meitu VIP Group” membership associated with the Meitu AI Photo & Video app. I did not knowingly sign up for this subscription, and I do not remember giving any form of consent or being informed about this membership.

Although I cannot see the exact date on which the charge was made, there is a subscription record showing that the membership remains active until August 24, 2027. Being charged such a significant amount without my knowledge has caused me both financial and personal distress.

I request that Meitu immediately cancel this subscription, which was activated without my authorization, and refund the full amount of $37 (1,799.99 TL) charged to my card. I also request a clear and detailed explanation of how this unauthorized transaction occurred and that the necessary safeguards and controls be implemented to prevent a similar situation from happening again.
