Meitu VIP Subscription Still Shows a Charge After Cancellation

I saw the 3-day free VIP membership offer in the Meitu photo editing application and accepted it. However, on the very same day that I activated the trial, I canceled the subscription myself later that evening because I did not want to be charged any fee. Despite canceling within the trial period, I am currently experiencing serious problems because the system still shows an outstanding charge of approximately $40 related to this canceled subscription.
Even though I canceled the VIP membership before the free trial expired, the charge still appears on my account, and because of this issue I am now unable to freely use my phone or even install new applications. This situation has caused me both emotional stress and financial frustration. A service promoted as a free trial should not continue billing or showing debt after the subscription has already been canceled.
I demand that my canceled VIP subscription be permanently terminated, that all charges being requested from me be completely removed, and that the financial and personal hardship caused by this issue be resolved immediately.
