A few days ago, I ordered the Bucket Meal deal from McDonald's, but unfortunately, the Crispy Burgers were missing from my order. Even after numerous attempts to contact them for a refund, they repeatedly promised to send the missing items, but failed to follow through. Today, we placed another order and kindly reminded them about the missing burgers. However, we were met with yet another surprise: instead of the 6-piece Crispy Tenders that were supposed to be included in the meal, we received 2 onion rings, fries, and only 2 nuggets. They went as far as replacing the items we ordered with different ones. We have yet to find any trace of the elusive burgers. Why should we accept the items you send us in every order? It's ridiculous that we're not receiving the value we expected. In spite of my ongoing concerns and previous issues, I was taken aback by this recent request. Is the person responsible for packing the orders even competent? If the item is not in stock, they should cancel the order. If I were to desire a portion of fries and onion rings, I would opt to purchase them individually. What's happening with your service?

I will file a complaint with the Arbitration Committee, as there is no other solution. I will also publish the result here, and as a brand, you should be ashamed. I still have the images and receipts from both of my orders, and I have kept everything. I have never seen such irresponsible and unserious people like you in business. Your employees just throw things into the basket as they please, and people have to eat whatever they find! What nonsense. Do we have to forcibly get the service we paid for from you? So be it.
