On Saturday, November 22, at around 9:30 PM, I placed an order through a food delivery app from the Burger King branch located in Adnan Kahveci Neighborhood in Beylikdüzü. The menu I ordered included 1 hamburger, 1 French fries, 1 liter of cola, 4 onion rings, and 2 sauces. However, the package delivered to me only contained the sauces, fries, and cola — the hamburger and onion rings were not included at all.
Even though the menu price was $8, I paid a total of $9 with the delivery fee. I want to emphasize that this branch sends missing items in almost every order I place, and despite this, I always end up paying an extra delivery fee. This recurring issue causes both financial loss and inconvenience.
When I tried contacting the restaurant directly, I couldn’t reach anyone because it was outside their working hours. Therefore, I reported the missing items through the food app’s AI assistant and submitted a refund request for the incomplete order.
I request that the issue of missing items and ongoing delivery problems be resolved, that proper inspections be conducted regarding cold and incomplete orders, that the amount I paid for the missing items be refunded, and that measures be taken to prevent this branch from repeating the same issues. If I do not receive a satisfactory response to this complaint, I want to make it clear that I will escalate the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board, as I have experienced this same problem multiple times.
