McDonald's Complaint About Incomplete Order and Poor Service

At 1:40 AM, I placed an order from McDonald's, and it arrived incomplete! What kind of irresponsibility is this? Part of my order never arrived, and I received no communication whatsoever regarding this issue. I’m placing an order in the middle of the night, paying the full amount, yet you deliver an incomplete order. On top of that, not even an apology or any explanation! I am genuinely shocked by the lack of professionalism shown by such a large brand when it comes to customer satisfaction and service quality. Sending incomplete items that I’ve paid for and failing to provide any kind of explanation afterward is completely unprofessional. If you can’t even manage such a simple matter properly, how can you ensure customer satisfaction? In the attached screenshot, you can see that I placed an order worth ₺2,310, but the following items were not delivered: 2 medium milkshakes 3 spicy sauces 1 mixed sauce 1 barbecue sauce 1 ranch sauce 3 ketchup packets 5 garlic mayonnaise packets 8 onion rings 1 honey mustard sauce 1 barbecue sauce 1 buffalo sauce 1 double quarter meal And the funniest part? When I called Trendyol Yemek, they said they would refund the price of the missing items. Are you serious? I’m ordering food from a company at this hour, they send it however they like, and it arrives after waiting for an hour, cold and incomplete. This is beyond unacceptable — it’s pure negligence! Don’t even try to offer me a refund for the missing items. No refund can compensate for the disrespect shown to me at this hour. I will be filing a detailed complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee during the week. I’m not going to let this go!
