At 1:40 AM, I placed an order from McDonald's via Trendyol, and it arrived incomplete! What kind of irresponsibility is this? A significant portion of my order never came, and I wasn’t informed about it at all. I’m placing an order in the middle of the night, paying the full amount, yet you send me missing items. On top of that, there was no apology or explanation! I’m genuinely shocked at how such a well-known brand can be this careless about customer satisfaction and service quality. Sending an incomplete order without any notice is a completely unprofessional approach. If you can’t even handle something this simple properly, how are you going to maintain customer satisfaction? As seen in the attached image, I paid ₺2,310 for the order, and the missing items include: 2 medium milkshakes, 3 spicy sauces, 1 mixed sauce, 1 BBQ sauce, 1 ranch sauce, 3 ketchups, 5 garlic mayonnaises, 1 onion rings (8 pieces), 1 honey mustard sauce, 1 buffalo sauce, 1 more BBQ sauce, and 1 Double Quarter menu. The most ridiculous part is that when we called Trendyol Yemek, they said they would refund the cost of the missing items. Is this a joke? I order food at this hour, they send whatever they want, and it arrives an hour late—cold and incomplete. This is more than just disrespectful; it’s next-level negligence. No one should dare suggest a refund for the missing items—no refund can make up for what I experienced tonight. I will be reporting every detail to the Consumer Arbitration Board during the week. I won’t let this go.
