McDonald's App Freezes and Fails to Deliver Earned Rewards

I’ve been facing an ongoing issue with the McDonald's app for two days. Despite having remaining time to claim my reward, the app freezes and refuses to let me access or redeem my earned rewards. This has now happened twice, with both instances of my rightful rewards disappearing without being credited to my account.

The issue raises concerns about whether future rewards will also fail to be delivered if I win again. I’ve attached a screenshot from the previous day and a video from today showing the issue. I request that the rewards I’ve earned be credited to my account and that this app glitch be resolved promptly to avoid further frustration. Please address this matter urgently.
