I left my Mazda 3 at the authorized service center on April 18, 2024. It took them at least three weeks to identify the issue, claiming the car's ECU was defective and needed to be ordered from Japan. The delivery process was full of contradictions—first, they said it was en route, then later admitted it hadn't been shipped yet. On July 10, 2024, I was informed that my car was ready after testing, and I could collect it. Despite traveling to the center in extreme heat, the car was returned with significant issues: the steering was heavy, it wouldn’t shift from 4th to 5th gear, and the RPM was excessively high. I immediately returned the car, but since then, I’ve received no updates. Repeated calls to Y**** T**** Automotive and its manager on July 26 and July 31 have gone unanswered. It’s now August 1, and I’ve been without my car for months. I demand immediate action to resolve this issue and compensation for my inconvenience.
