Unable to Reach Mazda for First Registration Compliance Certificate
Mazda's customer service has been incredibly disappointing. For the past 4-5 days, I’ve made numerous calls but have been unable to reach a representative who can help. Each time, I’m redirected to the roadside assistance team, which isn’t the department I need.
I urgently require the first registration compliance certificate because my vehicle failed inspection due to discrepancies in its net weight. Despite my repeated efforts to resolve this matter, I haven’t received any support or answers from Mazda.
As a customer, I expect timely and effective communication, especially for essential documents. I demand Mazda address this issue immediately and provide the required certificate without further delays. This lack of support is unacceptable.
