Tesla Does Not Provide Service in Türkiye
On June 21, 2024, I purchased a Tesla Model Y SR vehicle. The vehicle was delivered to me with paint defects. It was stated that the mobile service could resolve the issue. However, one week after purchasing the vehicle, we discovered that the mobile service did not have the ability to conduct such a transaction. We also filed a report regarding tire damage. The mobile service arrived and repaired the tire damage, with the exception of the paint issue. They explained that they were unable to receive the payment due to systemic problems. They responded that they would not contact you again to receive the payment in the future. A few days later, the mobile service received the payment; they informed me that their system was not fixed and that they were unable to issue an invoice or close the record; another few days passed, and this time they refunded the payment; they stated that once the system is fixed, they will call you and open the file again to receive the payment. My vehicle was repaired on July 12, 2024. We have no idea what this record is for 5 days; we received an answer 1 hour ago; a record has been opened regarding our tire payment; we are unaware of it; nothing is written in the record; we called customer service and obtained information; even though it was difficult, they made us feel guilty; we have not made a payment in 5 days and will be unable to receive service because the payment has not been made. I will notify all appropriate authorities about this incident. Purchasing a Tesla will leave you with regrets.
