Mavi Jeans Didn’t Deliver My Order or Refund My Money Despite Repeated Requests

The order I placed on November 26, 2024, never arrived due to an issue caused either by Mavi Jeans or the shipping company. Since I didn’t receive my order, I requested a refund, but they didn’t return my money either. Despite several attempts to resolve the issue, no meaningful progress has been made. I ended up with neither the product nor my money. For about a month, Mavi Jeans has been causing this inconvenience to its customers. Moreover, there is no one you can directly reach out to. When you call customer service, they only provide vague updates like “your shipment is here or there.” They seem to lack any real authority to resolve the issue.
