Mavi Jeans Deleted My Account Without Notice After Security Breach
A few weeks ago, I received an SMS from Mavi Jeans stating, "Your order has been shipped," but I haven’t made any purchases from Mavi for years. I occasionally log in to my Mavi account, and each time, I receive a confirmation email, but this time, I didn’t, indicating no login occurred. Despite this, an order placed by someone named "M*** S***" to a specific address appeared in my account, which was entirely due to Mavi’s security gaps. I contacted customer service, explained the situation, and they canceled the unauthorized order, for which I’m thankful. However, since then, I’ve been unable to access my account. Despite following their advice to reset my password, I never received the reset email or SMS. When I reached out again, I learned that my account had been deleted without any notice or explanation. This is unacceptable, and I demand immediate action to restore my account and resolve this grievance, as deleting a customer’s account without justification reflects poorly on Mavi's reliability.
