They acted as if I had caused the damage, which is frustrating. Any piece of clothing can fade over time, and in the past, I’ve always received support. It feels like Mavi’s quality is slowly declining, and I’m very disappointed. I expect Mavi to address this issue and provide the help needed. A brand should not be losing loyal customers over such issues.
