I sent my jeans, which tore at the crotch, to the Mavi store for inspection under the “Tearing & Wear” complaint. However, I was informed that there was no manufacturing defect and that an exchange or refund could not be made. The jeans were not damaged due to wear but tore along the seam. I used the product carefully and washed it in full compliance with the care instructions. Such tearing in such a short time does not reflect Mavi’s quality. Blaming the customer for this defect is unfair. As someone who has always preferred Mavi with confidence, this experience was disappointing.
