My Mavi T-Shirts Faded and Shrunk After the First Wash

Encouraged by my friend’s praise, I shopped at Mavi for the first time on June 4, 2025, but the t-shirts I bought ended up fading and shrinking. I submitted them for inspection at the Mavi store but although the process was supposed to take 15 business days, I haven’t received any response yet. I followed up with Mavi customer service on June 28, 2025, and was told that the products were deemed faultless and that I could retrieve them within 30 days. However, the items clearly have issues—visible fading and shrinkage. It's disappointing that a brand with an international reputation would dismiss valid concerns and deny problems without proper examination. I will be submitting complaints to all relevant consumer protection authorities. Despite the brand’s glowing reputation, my experience has shown otherwise. Mavi has failed to assist or acknowledge the defects, and I’m requesting a refund. If they value their brand and principles, they should take responsibility—but I doubt they will.
