Mavi Jeans Ignored Color Fading and Stretching Issues with My Sweatpants

I bought two pairs of sweatpants from Mavi Jeans, and I noticed considerable stretching and visible colour fading after just a few washes. I was worried about the quality, so I decided to send the items in for inspection. Yesterday, I got a message saying there was no stretching issue, but it completely overlooked the colour fading problem. This reply took me by surprise since both problems are obviously apparent on the products. Considering the condition of the sweatpants, it seems that the inspection may have been insufficient or not carried out with enough attention to detail. I had high hopes for Mavi Jeans due to its reputation for quality, but this experience has let me down. I would appreciate a replacement for the defective items or a fair resolution to these issues.
