Marks & Spencer Pajama Set Had Loose Seams After First Wash

Hello, on October 6, 2024, I purchased a pajama set from Marks & Spencer. Before wearing it, I washed it as usual, only to discover loose seams afterward. This was very disappointing, especially from a brand like Marks & Spencer, known for quality. It feels unacceptable to have such stitching issues in an item I paid a premium for; the product has the appearance of low-quality market goods. Since I’m currently out of town, I’m unable to return to the store in person. I am requesting a prompt resolution for this issue, as I expected better quality and durability from this brand.
