I Bought a Satin Pajama Set from Victoria’s Secret and the Fabric Tore After Minimal Use

In September 2024, I purchased a satin pajama set through the Victoria’s Secret mobile app, and I’m extremely disappointed with the product quality. Despite handling the item with extreme care—hand-washing only, never putting it in a machine—and wearing it fewer than 10 times, the fabric still tore on its own without any external force or damage.
The tear happened spontaneously, and I’ve included a photo below to show exactly what I’m talking about. This wasn’t caused by rough use or poor washing—it’s clearly a quality issue.
I never expected this kind of defect from a brand like Victoria’s Secret, which markets itself as premium. The fabric should not fall apart so easily after such limited and gentle use.
I’m requesting a replacement or a full refund for the item. Please take responsibility for the poor quality and resolve this issue promptly. I trusted the brand, and I expect that trust to be respected with real customer support.
