Marks & Spencer Sent Me a Defective Product
I ordered something online from Marks & Spencer on April 4, 2023, and got it on April 6, 2023. But when I opened the package, I saw that I had been sent a broken product. I called customer service right away, but I had to call three times to start the process of sending the item back. During my third call, I finally got a return code. I bought something because I got an SMS about a discount while I was shopping online. For a company like Marks & Spencer, the product was poorly made and had loose threads, which is unacceptable. I am disappointed with both the quality of the product and the customer service. After this, I don't think I'll shop at Marks & Spencer again, because the store sends broken products at a discount, which is wrong. I'm going to make a complaint about the store.
