Lacoste Defective T-Shirt and Poor Customer Service




On April 9, 2024, I bought four t-shirts from the Lacoste store in Mersin. I've shopped there many times and trusted the brand because I had never encountered defective products before. I washed the t-shirts before wearing them, but when I took them out of the machine, I noticed that one had a seam coming undone. I returned it to the store for an exchange on April 18, 2024, and they said they would send it to the center. When I hadn't heard back by May 6, 2024, I called customer service and was told my exchange request was denied, but I could submit another request. I did so and informed the store. After hearing nothing again, I called on May 21, 2024, and discovered the store forgot to process my second request. They suggested I submit another request, but I would need to wait another 15 days. Frustrated, I retrieved my t-shirt and decided to contact the Consumer Arbitration Committee. For a brand that considers itself premium, this experience was neither professional nor customer-focused. I request that my t-shirt be exchanged and this issue be resolved.
