What a waste!! I had faith in their products, but this coat has proven to be a costly mistake. I paid quite a lot for it, and it's not of quality. It's made of mohair, which is definitely not what was advertised on their website. I've worn it twice now, and haven't washed it yet - so there can't be any wear and tear that would explain away the poor quality. I'm not sure how they could make my complaint go away, but I would like them to either refund my money or provide me with a new product in its place. I know that the company prides itself on providing top-notch goods, so this incident is quite surprising for me. If they could provide a replacement or refund for the coat, that would make up for some of my disappointment. Otherwise, I wouldn't trust them anymore when shopping online in future. I think that if companies are going to charge high prices for their products, then they should also ensure high quality too - otherwise customers will feel shortchanged and disappointed like I am right now!
