On December 10, 2025, I took delivery of my Jeep Avenger Summit electric vehicle from Enriko Aliberti dealer in Izmir, after completing all payments in full. Until the moment of delivery, no one informed me that the center console cover was missing from the vehicle; I only noticed this missing part myself during delivery. When I asked about it at that time, I was told that Jeep sells this front/center console cover as a separate paid item and that I would need to pay approximately $226 for it. Despite purchasing a brand-new vehicle for $64,516, the interior looks as if a part is missing or removed, and the car appears visually incomplete and poorly finished. Moreover, this part is not an optional accessory, but a fundamental component that should be integrated into the vehicle’s interior design. Although the authorized sales representative verbally stated during delivery that they would resolve this issue for me, I have received no follow-up or response since then. I find it completely unacceptable that Jeep charges extra for a center console cover that should be standard in a brand-new vehicle at this price level, and that the dealership failed to clearly disclose this before the sale. My expectation from Jeep is that the center console cover be provided to me at no additional cost and that my vehicle be completed as it should have been from the beginning.
