I'm upset about the last thing I bought from Mango's website. I eagerly waited for my product to come from the warehouse after getting a message that it was being packed up. But a week later, I got an email telling me that my order had been canceled and was no longer for sale. The fact that I received a pair of women's shoes instead of the item I had ordered only made things worse. As a result, it is clear that Mango operates in a terrible manner, as their stock data is inaccurate. If they planned to cancel my purchase after I placed it, why did they advertise the product for sale? This is unfair, and it looks like they're just playing games with our money. Their customer service is no better, as they keep people waiting for days and then try to make up for their mistakes with a small apology. It's wrong to treat people like this, and I wouldn't recommend that anyone do business with this company.
