Mango Online Order Error
Mango accepted my order for a pair of boots. Everything seemed fine for days until September 17th, when my order was canceled due to a "stock shortage." Is a stock shortage my issue? No. Did they tell me the item was in stock when I bought it? No. So, what's the deal with the stock shortage? They can't simply say they ran out of product and leave it at that; instead, they use this as an excuse. I've been shopping from various brands for a long time, and even small businesses like Mango can provide me with excellent service. They could have told me right away if there was no stock, which I would have appreciated. This isn't the first time an order has gone wrong for this company, and I'm not going to stop here. I'm a fighter for what's right, and I'll share this complaint with my entire network, including social media. If your stock is gone, why did the page say "in stock" until I made the purchase? When items are out of stock, you can't even add them to your cart on other brands' websites.
