Hintapp Charged My Bank of America Account $29.99 Without Permission

I am filing a complaint regarding an unauthorized charge of $29.99 made today by “Hintapp,” which appears on my Bank of America (USA) account statement.
At no time did I authorize this payment, nor was I informed that any amount would be charged to my bank account.
When I first accessed or used Hintapp, no payment was requested, and there was no clear information indicating that a charge would be made.
This is the first time money has been withdrawn in this way, and I have not received any email, notification, or invoice explaining the reason for this $29.99 charge.
I request the immediate refund of the $29.99 taken from my account and the complete cancellation of any current or future subscription, plan, or automatic charge related to Hintapp.
I also request written confirmation that my bank details will not be used again without my explicit and informed consent.
