Deposited 8k INR To Xm Trading Account Via Upi But Not Credited
I deposited ₹8,000 INR through the Paytm QR code to fund my XM trading account (standard account) on 01 March 2026 at around 10:50 p.m. The amount has been debited from my Punjab National Bank account via Paytm, but it has still not been credited to my XM trading account number 113165549. The payment shows as successful on my side, with transaction reference/UPI ID 600184973897, and I have a payment screenshot as proof, which I am ready to share. Despite this, the balance in my XM account has not been updated. I have already sent multiple follow-up emails to XM support, but I have not received any proper response or resolution so far, and this delay is directly affecting my trading activities and causing unnecessary inconvenience. I request that XM urgently investigate this issue and credit the ₹8,000 to my XM trading account number 113165549 as soon as possible, or clearly explain the reason for the delay. Such payment delays without timely and clear communication seriously reduce customer trust.
