I made a deposit of ₹1,200 to my Roobet account on March 3, 2026, using UPI through the PhonePe app linked to my SBI bank account. The amount was successfully debited from my SBI account, but it has not appeared in my Roobet balance.
After noticing that the money was missing from my bank but not credited to my Roobet account, I contacted Roobet support. They told me they would look into the issue, but so far the deposit has still not been added to my account.
I have all the transaction details from PhonePe and my bank, including the transaction reference numbers and timestamps, and I can provide them if needed.
I kindly request that the missing ₹1,200 deposit be either credited to my Roobet account as soon as possible or refunded back to my SBI bank account, and that I be informed about the resolution as soon as possible.
