Mango Sent the Wrong Order, My Item Is Now Out of Stock

I placed an order with Mango on November 2, 2024, and it was delivered on November 6. However, I received a completely different item intended for another customer. When I contacted Mango customer service, they apologized but informed me that the size 38 boots I ordered are now out of stock online.
They stated that once the wrong item is returned to their warehouse, they will check for availability and send it if it’s still in stock. This process is frustrating and unacceptable. I purchased a matching coat and dress specifically for these boots, and now I’m left waiting with no resolution.
I demand immediate action to fix this mistake and ensure I receive the boots I ordered. This level of service is not what I expect from Mango, and I need a prompt response.
