Hello, as someone who snagged items from the Black Friday campaign quickly, I was shocked to learn last night that the products I bought and paid for were allegedly out of stock and subsequently canceled. I would have accepted it without hesitation if the items had sold out before payment. However, the fact that a product I purchased and rightfully own is now claimed to be out of stock is absurd. Before launching a discount campaign, a company as well-known as Mango should have perfect stock control. I demand immediate action and the prompt delivery of the items I ordered.
