Mango Canceled My Discounted Items Even Though They Appeared Available

On November 24, 2025, I placed an order on Mango’s online shopping site. The products in my order continued to appear as available for purchase on the website even after I had bought them. However, on the exact day the discount campaign ended, I was informed that two of the products in my order were out of stock and had therefore been canceled.
A refund was issued for the canceled items, but my expectation was to receive the products I purchased. If they truly were out of stock, then why were they still listed for sale? And if they were not out of stock, why were the items not shipped even though I bought them? I would like an explanation. Additionally, notifying me of the cancellations only after the discount period ended creates a very unreliable impression in terms of stock management and customer satisfaction.
My order number is EUD1XD. I have never experienced such an issue in any of my previous online purchases from Mango; this is the first time something like this has happened. I tried to reach customer service about the matter, but I couldn’t reach anyone — the customer service line is simply inaccessible.
I believe I have been negatively affected because I can no longer obtain my items at the discounted prices for which I originally purchased them. I request an explanation regarding this process, as well as the necessary oversight to prevent similar issues from occurring again.
