Mango Order Delayed Or Won't Arrive, I Don't Know...

I placed an order (Order No: DTI6V7) from Mango on 21.11.2023. Before long, a cargo tracking number was entered as if it had been sent. I reported that the tracking number of the product was incorrect and asked about the status of my order. I think the automatic response was that the products were shipped and would arrive as soon as possible. Thereupon, I told them that the tracking number was incorrect and that I could not track it, and contacted them again. They said that there was no cargo release this time, and that if there was a stock situation, it could be sent to me again or a refund could be made (14.12.2023). I did not want a refund and wanted the products to be sent to me. Since I saw that the sales of the products were continuing, I contacted again and told them that the products were still not sent. After this long process, today (23.12.2023) I received the message "It could not be sent due to the situation encountered during the shipping phase. The products are initially tried to be supplied, but if the products are the only ones left in the warehouse, the refund will be reflected to you. Returns "We would like to inform you that re-submissions cannot be made as the entries have been provided." they said. The color and size of the products are still on sale. Of course, the prices of the products have increased now. I think Mango regretted the discount it made. He returns the orders with an excuse. When buying products from Mango, think again, your order may be delayed or never arrive.
